How has Tameeza helped me and is still helping me? Where do I start... From leaving an abusive situation in the past has always been stressful and at times scary, but this time and for the first time in my life I was not worrying about how I was going to pay the bills after a last minute move knowing the money my ex owed me was something I wouldn’t see, knowing I was about to have my transportation costs jump through the roof and my rent...but Tameeza and my conversations as I was dealing with what lead up to the end of that situation with her, had already made me see I had forgotten about myself. That I had given up my spiritual beliefs and lost touch with who I am and what makes ME happy. Tameeza has been making me see not only how strong I’ve been and am, but also she’s helping me to accept my own self worth including my financial worth and the importance of not letting people take advantage of me. She is showing me that the worst thing I can do is fear asking questions because I fear rejection or that people won’t see in me what I am worth/deserving of and show each day is true. That I’m valuable not just to my employer...but to my romantic relationships through life, to my daughter, and most importantly to myself because without that belief in myself I can’t teach my daughter to be the strong woman I know she’s going to be. I’ve found an unexpected soul sister and mentor in Tameeza that I never expected but am so blessed to have found. Thanks to her I’m getting back on my feet and it feels so amazing. I’m not going to allow anyone to have the power to make me fall again thanks to Tameeza’s wisdom.

While it may sound cliché, Tameeza truly changed my life around. She confidently, calmly, intuitively and caringly instilled the foundations of the Thinking into Results (TIR) program into my mind from day 1. Did I have doubts about the program? Of course I did, but those rapidly disappeared with the forming of positive habits, persistence, faith and desire to be, do and have whatever we believe our purpose is. Tameeza coached me from a being in a dark place in my life to really understanding and looking for meaning in everything that happens in life. I went from being a shy, timid personality to someone that received positive comments about my confidence from various people In the first few months She guided me in finding what my purpose is. Helped me identify and shred my negative paradigms and replace them with positive ones. Her willingness to chat offline when I felt I was slipping was crucial as it kept me on track. The TIR program is a 12 lesson program. Tameeza’s concern wasn’t for me to complete it as soon as I can but rather to ensure that I understood and emotionalized the lesson before moving on to the next one.
